Hi! I'm Dr. Leslie, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 18 years of experience helping athletes and active people recover from sports injuries and get back to the lifestyle they want, stronger and more resilient. 

I've spent most of my career in private practice as a board certified orthopedic specialist. Along my journey, I discovered that there are people who want to know how to prevent injuries, but they don't know what to do or how to do it. 

So I started teaching injury prevention strategies to help people around the world recover from old pain and prevent future injuries, so they can keep doing what they love for as long as possible.

As a coach, consultant, speaker, writer, and expert, I love helping people feel and move better so they enjoy life more!
